About VoiceMail Detection (For Predictive Dialing)

Voip Dialer Sales Hosted Predictive Dialer carefully evaluated existing methods for Voice Mail Detection (VMD) in real world tests, and has decided to disable the feature by default for most of our outbound calling. Current VMD technologies, including the most "advanced" ones claimed by our competitors hinder the sales and communication process by introducing up to 5 seconds of initial connection silence, frustrating the customer and also the agent. Furthermore, false positives have potential predictive dialing FCC/FTC regulation issues. At Voip Dialer Sales we believe in enabling a 100% natural and lag-free sales environment, and thus chose not to implement VMD by default.

However, if you represent a large installation requiring VMD, please contact us we do have an available VMD solution that provides 90% real-world detection accuracy for most North American phone systems.
